How Your KP HR Connect Account Data is Protected
Kaiser Permanente has taken extra steps to ensure that your private health information remains confidential. Your records are safe from unauthorized access because the KP HR Connect portal is password-protected and information is delivered via an encrypted connection.
All communication between you and Kaiser Permanente using KP HR Connect login is carried over a secure, encrypted connection. Encryption means the information is encoded so that no one can read it during transmission. Also, your health records are stored behind a firewall to prohibit unauthorized access.
In addition, KP HR Connect portal access requires a unique username and password. The Kaiser My HR is owned and operated by Kaiser Permanente and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. KP HR Connect Login
The KP HR Connect login portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for employees. Each employee will be given their user account credentials through which all the administrative matters can be accessed and managed.
Contact your store manager or HR representative for assistance if you do not have your login credentials. For those with login credentials, follow these simple instructions to access their Kaiser Permanente employee account:

1. Copy https://hrconnect.kp.org/wps/portal/hrintercept/home/intercept to your browser and select your location and group from the drop-down menus. This link will personalize your experience and direct you to the appropriate resources for your region and role.
2. Click on the “Sign On” button at the top right corner of the homepage. This will take you to the sign-on page, where you must enter your desktop credentials (NUID and password).
3. If you forgot your NUID or password, click on the links below the sign-in button to reset them. You will need to provide your personal details and then answer some security questions to verify your identity.
4. After entering your credentials, click the “Sign On” button again. You will be redirected to the My HR homepage of KP HR login, where you can view and manage your HR information and benefits.
5. To log out, click the “Sign Out” button at the top right corner of the page. You should always log out when you are done using My HR to protect your privacy and security.
Need Assistance with Signing On?
If you have forgotten your National User ID or if you have lost your National User ID number, you can still log in to My HR Connect by entering your employee’s email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the KP HR Connect Login page.
If you have forgotten your user ID, don’t worry. You only need to carry out the following.
- Visit KP HR Connect Login page.
- Click “forgot NUID.”
- Type in your first and last names as well as your birthdate. click the next button.
- Type the security code in.
